Return Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a store credit. In rare cases where a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size preference or styling preference

  • normal wear and tear

  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, water/chemical exposure, or improper care

Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
